A different kind of vision for the performing arts
The University of Iowa Center for Macular Degeneration has joined Hancher Auditorium in a partnership to bring a new vision to the performing arts - literally.
Together, they are offering new assistive technologies for people that are visually impaired. In addition, large-print programs for Hancher shows are available online.
It's a partnership of the arts and the sciences at the University of Iowa, which has long been known a world leader in multidisciplinary collaborations.
You can learn more online about the assistive technologies available, free of charge, at Hancher performances, or call 319-335-1158 for more informaion.
